SMS Terms & Conditions

1. What we send. If you opt in on our website or when you book, Pixel Rooms sends you text messages about your booking requests and bookings: confirmations, reminders, changes and answers to your questions.

2. How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. We will send one message to confirm, and after that you will no longer receive text messages from us. To sign up again, opt in the same way as the first time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at 213-915-0041 or [email protected].

3. Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply to messages we send you and you send us. Message frequency varies with your bookings and your interaction with us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Age. By opting in, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive messages.

6. Privacy. See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
